Hydraulic press is a device that presses powder or granular materials into tablets. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. Its working principle mainly includes four steps: feeding, filling, compression and tableting. First, the material is fed into the mold through the feeding system. Then, the upper and lower punches in the mold compress the material into a compact tablet under pressure. Finally, the upper punch rises and the lower punch pushes the tablet out of the mold. By controlling the pressure, filling amount and speed during the tableting process, the weight, density and hardness of the tablet can be accurately adjusted.
