First, After-sales service
1. The warranty period is 12 months. During the warranty period, all kinds of parts damaged by non-human factors shall be replaced free of charge in a timely manner.
Second, Quality commitment
1. Our company guarantees that the equipment provided is brand new, unused, and fully meets the quality, specifications and performance requirements stipulated in the contract. We guarantee that the equipment will have satisfactory performance under the conditions of correct installation, correct use and maintenance and within its service life. During the quality assurance period of twelve months after the final acceptance of the goods, our company is responsible for failures caused by design or material defects.
2. The inspection of all equipment by both parties shall be based on the enterprise standards. According to the inspection results or during the quality assurance period, if the quantity, quality or specifications of the equipment do not conform to the contract, or the formal equipment is defective, our company should do the following:
(1) Within fifteen working days after receiving the notice, the product manufacturer shall repair or replace the defective equipment or parts free of charge.
(2) The seller is responsible for telephone guidance on the operation, operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment and the necessary training materials, and conduct operation and maintenance training for the buyer's trainees.
(3) During the warranty period, the seller is responsible for hardware maintenance and software upgrades of the goods and systems it provides, and will not charge the buyer any fees, except for damage caused by human factors or natural disasters.
